In the barrel, the laser is reflected and focused by these lenses and emitted from the laser hair. Lens are easily stained with dust or other contaminants, resulting in laser loss or lens damage. No. 1 and No. 2 lenses need not be removed when cleaning, just wipe the lens paper dipped with cleaning solution carefully along.
Rotary wiping from the center to the edge of the lens. The lens No. 3 and the focusing lens need to be removed from the frame and wiped in the same way. After wiping, they can be put back as they are.
Note: 1. Lens should be gently wiped, not to damage the surface coating; 2. Wipe process should be gently handled to prevent falling; 3. Focus lens installation must be kept concave face down.
Cleaning of Fans
The long-term use of the fan will accumulate a lot of solid dust in the fan, which makes the fan produce a lot of noise, and is not conducive to exhaust and deodorization. When the suction of the fan is insufficient and the smoke exhaust is not smooth, first turn off the power supply and remove the inlet and outlet ducts from the fan.

Cleaning of Guideway

Cleaning of Water Tank and Replacement of Water
Suggestion: Clean water tank and replace circulating water once a week
Note: Make sure the laser tube is filled with circulating water before the machine works.
The water quality and temperature of the circulating water directly affect the service life of the laser tube. It is suggested that pure water be used and the water temperature be controlled below 35 C. If the temperature exceeds 35 C, the circulating water should be replaced, or ice cubes should be added to the water to reduce the water temperature. (It is suggested that the user choose the cooler or use two water tanks) Clean the water tank: first, turn off the power supply, pull out the water pipe in the intake, let the water in the laser tube flow into the water tank automatically, open the water tank, take out the water pump, and remove the fouling on the pump. Clean the water tank, replace the circulating water, return the pump to the water tank, insert the water pipe connecting the pump into the intake, and tidy up the joints. Power the pump separately and run for 2-3 minutes (fill the laser tube with circulating water).
